This is a very nice raincoat made by Western Chief Kids. It's a size 2T, but runs pretty large. There's a hood that can be accessed in the compartment in the back collar. It has the double button look, but actually uses an easy 4 snap open/closure. The outer shell is 100% polyurethane & the plaid inner is 65% Polyester, 35% cotton.The raincoat is in perfect condition. Again, I bought this for my own son, but for no reason other then possibly forgetting I had it- it was never worn : (
I am sure someone could get some great use out of this. It's really a very nice coat!
