I dont get it , first it says its Not A Weapon , but then it says Category Weapon , a d then it says Weapon Size . So is it , or is it not a knife ? If not is supposed to be like brass knuckles ?? Please clarify , F&W . THANKS

Literally, it is a knife (or weapon); BUT, its a "NOVELTY" knife with a Key Chain at the end. It has no "sharp" edge but YOU can put one on it should you choose.
