Nice auction. Yeah, once the screen lock is "unlocked" then you can use it just the same as an ipod on wifi and since it is Sprint, it would not have a sim card because they did not start using sim cards until the 4s came out. True you may have an iphone three with a sim, but re read my post, I didnt say the iphone 3 all did not use sims. Only that Sprint did not use them until the iphone 4s. You must have a AT&T or Tmobile or a prepaid GSM style iphone 3. No worries though. Just sayin.
