Yes the instructions are there and no it doesn't hurt at all, I honestly don't know why I was jumping, lol. Maybe it was because it was above my lip and When it turns on I would jump! Lol!!!

The way I understood it was. After time of use less and less hair will grow back until it permanently stops growing. If anyone knows different please feel free to answer this question. Thanx Doll, I don't mind questions and will answer them to the best of my ability. :))

Hey - I bought two in Jan one for me and one for my mom... My mom takes warafin and isn't supposed to shave. I jumped to the first time I did the face NOT because of pain but because of the foreign movement of the No!No!. My mom has never flinched when I do her face for her! Its a product and this is a great auction. I decided within the first few weeks we did NOT need two so I returned the one I purchased for myself (Teal) and we kept the exact Pink one you are offering here. THIS IS A GREAT AUCTION..... Yes everything is with it, and even though I only used it twice I think it did a good job. My illness has kept me away from primping, lol. That's why I chose to auction it off, 3 yrs ago I would of kept it for sure. Thanx for asking & stopping by ♡ Blessings♡
