I can tell you are passonate about this plant and seeds. To protect yourself from possible lawsuits in regards to it's healing properties I would suggest a re-wording in that area. For example instead of "anti-aging properties and oils,
anti-inflammatory properties (pain relief),
fights the common cold," use "it is said to have anti-aging properties and oils,
anti-inflammatory properties (pain relief),
fights the common cold," I wish you the very best on this auction!!

Hey HCMS...you're so right-I am very passionate about the Moringa :)
As a major seed geek and collector, I've come across some amazing plants BUT this one...well, there's simply nothing else like it on planet earth. As for adding a protection disclaimer on the above claims, thanks I can do that, but there is truly no need as all have been researched extensively by medical teams around the world, including "2008, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) named Moringa the "Botanical of the Year"
That said-there is one disclaimer I have forgotten to add regarding its prohibited use for pregnant or nursing females...an area still in need of more specific research. Thank you so much for watching out for us gardeners...it's always appreciated.

Hi Vikki,
Are the 15 seeds already sprouted and growing? I'm in VA do you think outside planting would be okay? We normally may get 1 or 2 inches of snow here near VA Beach two or three times each winter. I have many plants in pots I bring in over winter that do great when spring rolls back around. Also, how would eat the leaves? Just add to a salad or what? Thanks, hope I win... f&w!!

Morning Ms. Diva! Not they're not germinated but the link above will show you a slideshow with my "easy-peasy Moringa germination"...plus tell you how to use all the viable parts. As for the leaves...just think spinach and everything you can do with it-raw on salad, baked on pizza or cooked in spaghetti sauce (creating a super food coupled with tomatoes), you can dry them for winter storing and make tea out of them...lol, I'll go all Forest Gump if not stopped (+_+). As for growing and overwintering indoors-sure, I recommend it for everyone with short summer seasons...as long as they get lots of light! I would also suggest you keep them pinched back so they get bushy instead of tall and lanky. Got my fingers crossed for ya!

I live in zone 6. Would these survive here?

Yes, if you treat it like a large tomato bush. Start indoors a couple of months before planting time (so you get the slow part out of the way)-come Spring they're big, healthy and ready for the ground :)
