Up For Auction Is (1) VITEX TREE SEEDLING.
VITEX TREE
Vitex agnus-castus
Utility friendly tree. Chaste Tree usually becomes a large shrub, or small tree if the trunks are trained and pruned. Its summer flowering is especially attractive, and it is quite useful in a water conserving or dry garden setting. It tolerates dry ordinary soils without much care other than occasional deep watering. It is resistant to oak root fungus and durable. Its height rarely exceeds 25 feet. Has fragrant flower and leaf.
USDA Hardiness Zones: 6 - 9, Full Sun to Partial Shade, Showy Fragrant Blue or Lavender Flowers in Summer or Fall.

Yes this tree is zones 6 - 9 and southern Ohio is zone 6.
