Here is a pre-owned sterling silver ring with green stone. It is a size 8 and although a little tarnished, it still looks great! I actually like the look of it as it is now but if you wanted to get it cleaned, I'm sure it would shine up a bit!

i always email my winner after the auction ends with the message that listia has come up (that is what it is for) and i say HELLO WINNER LISTIA APPROVED INFO PLZ.. just seems like common sense to me not to ignore a winner for 3 days or 7 days

I don't ignore the winner, I just don't reply to messages asking when I'm going to send the item. If a winner emails about something else, I promptly reply. I do email the winner after the auction ends though to let them know I need their Listia approved address, unless they've already sent it. Then when I enter the tracking number, Listia sends an email to the winner to let them know the item has been shipped.

I understand that may your policy but since Listia allows a seller 7 days to send an item, I think it's unnecessary for a bidder to email immediately after the auction ends to ask when a seller is going to send the item. That's why I state that a buyer should allow 3 days before emailing me to ask when the item will be sent. If I don't get the item sent within those 3 days, I then let the buyer know when I'll be sending their item.

I agree with Jenny. Communication is important but when winners ask right after the auction ends when it willlb be sent out comes off as very impatient. Winners that ask this are obviously getting something not only essentially free, they are getting free shipping at the cost of the lister not the winner. Expecting someone to watch their auctions so closely and sending it is rather ridiculous. We aren't supposed to be running businesses we are supposed to be having fun. And its not fun feeling like someone is going to give you bad feedback because you didn't have time to get online for a day or two.
