I don't know much about seeds, just have a bunch to get rid of. Youl would have to google that plant to find out more information about growing them.

According to the website I just consulted, this plant will not propagate from "seed". http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/2863/ It must come from cuttings.

That page indicates one way, not the only way. My search found:

Roses do grow from seeds. However, the resulting plant may or may not be identical to the parent rose bush, depending on whether the rose is a hybrid or heirloom, sometimes called old roses.
