Yes Michael the camera is sold as is with all you see in pictures. All works perfectly or I would of stated otherwise. I have taken pictures with it to show some of its features as you may already have noticed I assume.

The CD ROM itself specifies windows XP or Vista. I have windows 7 and I always been able to download pics and videos without any problems. Hope I understood your ? And it was answered. Thanks for stopping by.

In my personal opinion the camera takes awesome pictures just all depends what settings you put it on depending on the type a photo you want to achieve. That's why I put as much info i new & researched of the camera as possible so person that is wanting it for something other than everyday pictures would know what features the camera has. these are my fav cameras..they are wonderful ...but u cannot run them without the memory card, without it..they only take maybe 2 or 3 pics

Thanks for stopping by and supplying valuable information to my auction. I had never tried it with out memory card and you are correct it will take 3 photos in the internal memory. As I purchased the card separately and can us on other systems that I have I willing to part with it is bidding gets up there to 80K. These are not cheap. Its all Free to a lucky winner. The memory card will hold approx. 1000 photos.
