I have one real diamond (tiny) but sparkly nose ring, very clean. and 2 free extra's the red ruby looking one has a straight back and the pink and diamond ones have the spiral backs. these were mine but hubby did not like it so i am getting rid of them. paid over 65.00 for the tiny diamond one on the bottom.

Do you know what guage they are? I use the spiral backs but a smaller guage than some. Definitely not 18.

they are very small, I tried using a regular earring and it was to big. so theses are very small. one is a straight back with a reg earring back with it and 3 are spiral screw backs
