If you are on the app there are 3 squares at the top right if you click on it it will bring up a list at the bottom it says support if you click that t will give you an option to send an email

If you are on the main website you scroll down to the bottom and there is a button called main support click on that and it will bring you to a list at the bottom of the list is submit a support ticket

That is strange you can always submit a support ticket to listia and ask why you haven't received the ability to use gin yet perhaps it's a mess up or something

I have never used it through an ipad but it should be relatively the same if you go into edit this auction there should be advanced settings were you can set the days price and there should be an option for get it now
