Never before have you seen a "Weatherman" like this little guy. He is made from 4-ply yarn crocheted and braided together to make the "body". There are two eyes glued on his "head" to give him personality. The bow made of a strip of yarn is to show off his good looks :0)There is a note attached to let you know how he tells you the weather - for example: if it's Wet - it's Raining. That is a sign of a good Hillbilly Weatherman LOL.
