This is another one of my family's favorite dishes. If you have noticed my recipes listed, my family loves any dish that is Mexican inspired, and this is no exception! We also love dishes that are out of the ordinary. Makes a great brunch dish, for your family, or to take to a gathering. It is also great for dinner, served with a salad. You won't be disappointed with this dish, it is delicious!

Just so U know that I don't just copy & paste recipes off the internet like many do. I actually make my own recipes, take time to type them up, take photos, upload them to my computer. I have to keep buying batteries for my camera too. That's why I list them for higher credits than "normal".
