Just to clarify, as the seller might be having trouble explaining what this is:

This is not a code that will allow you to play these games. This is not an eshop code, or a download code of any sort. The seller is not selling these two games.

He is selling an in-game code that helps you to unlock stuff. Hope this clears things up.

You can find this code mostly anywhere online, by the way.
