Newer Zebco breakdown rod with an older Quantum spinning reel 5 1/2 ft long. Everything works good with new 6 lb test on wheel. The tape you see is to hold the line. The only thing missing is the little black cap that covers the other side of the handle as you can see in one of the pictures which does not reflect the operation of the reel. I've also taken pictures of every loop to show there is nothing wrong.
