The hat was hand made in a custom design for me by a local artist. I wore it once, on my 21st birthday in Vegas and got so many compliments. It is the perfect piece for a costume or just a fun vintage inspired outfit. The hat is very small in size and designed to sit at the top of your head. It is held in place with an elastic band you can cover with your hair if you wear it down or in a low bun.
