Nook Tablet Model BNTV250RB. Reset to factory settings but appears to have internal wifi issues. Will connect but drops signal. As is.

Does it drop signal every time you connect? & could it be your network, by chance? My mom has chronic renal failure in the end stages and I bought her a white one last Christmas, so I would love for her to be able to have another.
