Up for auction is this marvelous sterling silver ring size 8, stamped 925. The large round cut candy pink sapphire is beautiful. Six brilliant marquis cut white sapphires blossom on the triple front band. Sapphire is the birthstone of September.

These stones are laboratory created, but their properties, chemical, optical and physical, are identical to that of naturally occurring stones. Man made gems are much hardier than their naturally occurring cousins, not so subject to temperature change, drying out, cracking or grazing.

I'm not sure if it is solid silver or silver filled. It is not plated. I really can't tell you if it can be resized. Only a jeweler can decide that. Thanks for your interest.
