The listing, Two Curling Irons has ended.
My college age daughter buys alot of curling irons - in fact she gave me seven! So I am posting two for now. They are not new but work well. One is very thin, and the other has many heating levels on it. She is a non smoker, neat and clean girl - you should see her room. nothing out of place =)
the larger one is by Conair and I dont see who makes the smaller one
Questions & Comments
Have you looked into flat rate?. They have helped me out a lot on my bigger weight items. I know a lot of post office will not tell people about them for some reason. Just helped a friends mom out with it. Good luck!
yes mistrain, I use flat rate for my business... its just that the curling iron is too long to fit in the flat rate envelope. I get that for $5.05 online when I print my own labels from USPS or in paypal when I get an order through my website, or I would have done that this time with the curling irons. And they used to have the flimsy flat rate envelopes that are longer, but every time I go to the post office, they aren't there. Plus they aren't online to order! so I think they did away with that particular size
I used to sell on ebay and would put very low ship only to find out I'd have to shell out $7 - $11 for stuff you'd think wouldn't be that high. So I was wondering this myself since it cant fit in the bubble wrap envelopes I have due to length. And i figured the six days would buy me time to find a thin box for these. Ah you just reminded me of something I do have in the garage. Might do the trick. I'll try it at $5 and see how it goes
ok Aveerisetty... the guy at the post office said anything up to 13 ounces is $2.32 for parcel post..but then jumps to Standard at $6.73. I saw what he said on the usps site... so we'll see if it pans out that way once I'm at the post office. Turns out these two curling irons are more than 13 ounces, not counting the shipping material yet.
