The listing, Vintage chiming wall clock has ended.

I purchased this lovely clock at an auction 40 years ago. It is 19" long and 12"wide at the face. The name 'Heimer" appears on the face. The pendulum is brass and the casing is beautiful golden oak. There are two winding mechanisms in face of the clock, one for keeping time, the other for the chime. It will chime at the hour and the half hour. It has been stored for the the last few years and is in very good condition.

I am pretty interested in this clock, Im guess heimer is german but im not sure, is there any writting on the back on a date or anything on the back? Also could you check what shipping would cost to 61858? I would love to have this but im worried shipping may be a little high

Actually, I'm not sure if it is german. I know that it is not an antique, just so you are truly aware. It is a lovely piece, though. There is no writing anywhere else on the clock that I could find (just the face). I checked with the post office for parcel post rates on a 30# box that was 25X14X8 inches (I'm guessing ...and guessing heavy I believe , but I thought it might give you an idea if it could be affordable for you) It was $21.70 to Oakwood IL . This is my first auction and I'm a bit cloudy on the shipping rules, but I'm willing to work with anyone who wins.

The last inquiry was to IL as well, the shipping is the same. There is no handling fee included and I don't intend to charge for that, the packaging and insurance will be taken care of by me.
