The listing, GG's Prize Give Away: Aqua Blue Tiger Stripe Glass Necklace has ended.

About a month ago I listed this necklace, but it was in a different color. You can check my profile for that listing.

I sell awesome fashion jewelry. The buyer from the 1st auction, was sooooo in love with this necklace when she got it that I thought I would spread some more joy and list another one! Too bad we can't post selling links here ;D

Anyway this is a brand new necklace that has never been worn.(My jewelry is always new and never worn) It has an 18 inch black rope that the pendant hangs on. This necklace is being discontinued, I still have a few in stock in many different colors, but this will be the only one I am auctioning off on Listia. All jewelry ships for free in my store.

The necklace will be shipped in a cute little burgundy drawstring gift bag with gold heart designs on it.

If you want this item you MUST use the new shipping address method. If you don't want to use the new method then DO NOT BID. I will not ship to any address sent through any other method besides the new address method, and you will not receive a credit refund if you BID and DO NOT use the new shipping method.

I hate it when people put things in their auction that says they will keep your credits if you don't do something their way. Listia controls that, who gets refunds, who followed the correct rules, and how long someone has to follow those rules.

I put that in my listing because that IS listia rules, and according to listia rules if I send an item to an address that was not submitted through the new address method then it's unlikely that any dispute will be settled in my favor.

"As of June 1st, 2011, winners of your items will provide their shipping information exclusively through the field below. Please refrain from using any addresses provided in emails and messages, as they have not been verified by Listia. In the event of a dispute, if it is discovered that you shipped to an address which was not provided in the field below, it is unlikely that the dispute will be settled in your favor."

So alerting bidders to this listia rule serves as a protection for me the seller as well as the potential buyer who may be unaware of the new shipping address rule. If you have an issue with my disclaimer that's fine, there is no obligation for you to bid, but don't vent those issues on my auctions. Thank you and have a nice day.

Thanks for posting the disclaimer. I'm new to this (signed up yesterday), and I put something up for sale today. If you hadn't mentioned the rule, I would have never known about it (I accidentally skipped reading it when I read the rules....I think that I went straight to the Shipping and Handling section).

I am a very reasonable seller, if someone lets me know ahead of time of that there might be an issue that could cause hiccups in the transaction, I can understand that and i'm willing to work with them. That said, being reasonable doesn't trump following the rules...ALL of the rules. Some may not like it but hay that's their prerogative.... I can't believe that's how that word is really spelled! (prerogative) lol :D
