I have the recipe for how to make the basic potion base and the color mixes for Love Potion, Dragon's Blood, Wolfsbane and Antidote. I haven't tried them myself yet so I can't guarantee it will work 100% of the time.

Sort of, I suppose. None of the ingredients are INEDIBLE but they aren't made to be eaten together (unless water, food coloring, glycerin, salt and other things sounds good to you). If you want any edible potions I'd actually recommend using normal drinks or drink mixes (alcoholic drinks sometimes look potion-esque.) and putting them into larger potion like containers.
