This is a NICE LIGHT BULB KEY CHAIN. The batteries are NEW. When they came in with it I took them out. I am sending the batteries separate in the package so they will not run if the bulb accidentally gets turned on. I have instructions on installing the batteries for you. Push the button and then you have an array of colors changing. Again, you have a fast flicker of changes. You have to physically cut this off to keep it from running.
