it is the wrestler vader. from 1984 ,WWF & WCW , He has black and red tights and a black and red face mask.

So, it's Vader . One of my favs . But if its the 12"inch big figure then it's from 94"-1996 . And would be a wcw figure . And if its 6"inch figure then it's a wwf figure from 97" -1999 . Vader started wrestling in 1989 . Figures of him wasn't made until the 90"s thank you for the update . F&W!!!
