Ellery Queen investigates a series of murders that seem to be related by an old rhyme: "Rich man, poor man, beggar man, thief, doctor, lawyer, merchant, chief". And at least one person in Wrightsville calls Ellery Queen "Chief".

Bought this at a flea market but couldn't get into it, but thought maybe a different book collector might enjoy it!
