One set of handcuffs and 2 keys THEY WORK these were a gag gift way back when I was a secutity guard but could not use them for that type of job they sat now for about 15 years in dresser so when ran accross them said I'd place them on Lista so with that said Must be 18+ years old /ALL LISTA RULES APPLY /I DO NOT SHIP OUT OF USA -PLEASE ONLY BID IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU WANT!!

Sorry They are not toys they are steel not plastic they lock and onpy way to get out is the keys they were bought at a unirorm shop by a friend i have seen them there I was a secureity guard for a long while and so was my friend I am 50 something years old now and I post things on Lista and do not Lie about them I have seen them sold other places not to be mean but if someone got these for a kid to play with their just asking for trouble !! because they are steel and you need key to get them off of someone they may not be Police hand cuffs but I did not say they were ! so to this end there hulsekenny I you do not like what I am posting please pass my auctions by I do no leave discuraging remarks on your listings or any one if I have a concern about an auction I will send a message by e-mail to the person holding the auction well may you have a nice day and God Bless you and yours!!!

well thats ok I understand where you are comming from I did say that they were not police issue but they are real steel cuffs had some fun with friends with them told them needed to practes useing them and yhey fell for it LOL!! and got upset when i would leave for a few min. and they could not get out HE! The links are not welded in the chain and I bet if you show one of the wraps arounds they have holes for a cog to catch it instead of ridges. Unless you know know how to get out of cuffs you can't get out of these poice issue or not. I have some like this and several police issue too. If there is a lever on the side not shown on these cuffs that r supposed to be a lock. Superglue the lever up or it will fall down and the cuffs will not close until you push it back up. They will hold a perrson. You would have to be strong as H%ll to break them but I saw a guy snap police issue cuffs too!!.
