This is the best shrimp creole that I've ever tasted! The recipe won my friend, Gay, 1st Runner Up to Mrs. America. It has been a hit at family gatherings, and I do believe that it has helped me get raises, because my bosses go absolutely wild over it when I bring to work. This recipe goes back 4 generations, straight from Louisiana. Careful with the Tabasco! :-)
