I don't know for sure. It is a size small & 10" long from front neck to hem line. If your dog normally wears a small then it should fit.

I doubt it. That size (5# or less) chihuahua is called a "T-Cup" and they are smaller than a size small.

If it is not fat 10#s or more or a T-Cup. What size does your dog wear now? If she wears a small normally then it should fit.

My pup is a shihtzu. She's about 15-19lbs.
Think this would fit her? Small is never small. Med never ends up mediem. And large is always always to big for her. Lol I can't ever get it right!

You are right, but there is no way 15 to 19 #'s is anywhere near a small. My dog is 11#'s (she's over weight) and there is no way she can wear a small period, a medium yes, small no way . I know it is a cute dress but I know it would not fit your dog. Next time I will get a couple mediums. I don't see many medium size dogs wearing dresses mostly sweaters, coats & T-Shirts that is the main reason I did not purchase any size mediums. Sorry
