I call it Vinca Vine. It's other names are Periwinkle flower.

The pictures are all from are home. I planted 3 little plant in 1998. I have pull up pieces and put them around the yard. I given it away a threw some out. It somewhat invasive plant but I cut mine or put it up before it gets out of hand.

They are evergreen perennials. Ground covers that spread and root. Lavender flower off and on in the spring.

Plant in partial sun to full shade. Rabbit proof. Awesome with other flowers in a hanging baskets!
