I don't think the person is being rude. I think they got bad feedback from someone who was ignorant and left negative feedback .. Postal delivery sometimes breaks things, not the sellers fault. You see the photos.
Stop being ignorant on the sellers post. Just don't bid or watch the item if you have a problem .....
