Size is between a quarter (shown) and a half dollar. Slightly smaller than a One Pence (pre-decimalization, for you REAL Anglophiles).

Comes with matching chain. Contains a quartz movement, with a brand new battery installed tonight. Quite shiny silver color that would clash with other gold, so make sure that the intended user likes that.
