You can purchase (from Family Dollar) for $1 a 4pack of brown mailing envelopes that fit the wii games & single DVD's perfectly

When you go into your post office they price it for you. I live in Maine. I have shipped DVD's & Games individually. I talked to my local mail dude about the best option for shipping & he said as long as its disk with case at a time 1st class is the way to go because $1.90 will get me anywhere in the 48 which he has been proven to be right because I have shipped to California, Michigan & Florida & it was the same. It's only wen you ship multiple dvd's or the weight gets bulkier that you want to consider MEDIA MAIL for the better price.
