If this phone has been activated already Virgin will turn it on for the buyer but they charge a $10 transfer fee just FYI incase someone questions if it can be activated! I've been w/them 8 yrs! W&B! :)

True. But I transferred all my information to my new phone so actually there is no account on that phone so it will not cost anything to activate.

There is no name like I said in my previous comment. I transferred all my information to a different phone from the one that is listed. Its a brand new phone only had it for a couple weeks. :)

I transferred all my info to my galaxy 5 & we had family phone swap they made us pay it on ALL 3 phones this month with the exception of mine (its brand new) said its a NEW requirement!
