Do you have to use "cupcake" papers or how do they not stick when removing? I don't rely on non stick pans alone.

You wouldn't be able to use cupcake papers. The molds are larger than standard cupcakes. I would say about double a normal cupcake.

I hear ya on not trusting the non-stick... Usually. However Wilton seems to really have it down. I still grease and dust them before adding batter and have had excellent results even with very intricate molds.

How long & wide is the pan? Trying to determine if it will fit in a small toaster oven?

It will not fit in a toaster oven. It's the size of a standard cookie sheet. About 16 inches x 10 inches.
