These are some REALLY cheap and basic metal rings...but they do have a cool design and they spin.

They were sold to me as 5MM Metal Color Spin Spinning Copper Ring from a dude in China for like $10 for 50 over 5 years ago in my flea market days. I would give them to kids as a freebie. They loved them.
