Here is a size 6, Sterling Silver 6ct Pear cut (lab) Garnet Ring with Genuine Diamond accents on either side. I have enclosed a picture with the specifications on it.
To be 100% honest, there is a small scratch on the stone which you really have to be looking for to see.
I wanted to let bidders know upfront about the scratch.
