Up for auction is a Handheld game player that plays Playstation Games as well as a couple other game formats (I can't remember which types). It also plays HD movies, mp3 music, and has a built-in camera/camcorder for taking pictures and movies.

No, it doesn't. It only has a built-in hard-drive. And you add PlayStation games by connecting he device through the computer.

I've been running Playstation 1 games off of it (its a 3rd party device, not Sony's PSP). My brother says that the original PSP games were made from PS1 games, so it might be able to... I don't really know. I just know that it ran PS1 games. And something else... I think it might of been Gameboy Advance.... I will have to go test it later to see.
