Very pretty very old Bentley lighter. Do not know much about this. My father Gave it to me and I don't carry it with me cause I'm scared it'll be stolen so I rather have it go to a loving home. Please check out pics for more discription item.

Yes it does works great but I do have to take as much fluid out as possible to ship so it will need fluid
