Yes it does especially when the person more and likely received the item then claims they never did because there was no tracking. I think listia should still protect sellers who do not use tracking
Why would someone want to spend $5 for tracking on an item that only costs 35 cents to mail. That's why I state if winner wants tracking then they will have to pay for it that way hopefully it will keep the scmers away lol
