Gold Face Citizen Eco-Drive Ladies watch comes in the box with instruction booklet and original receipt showing the price of $109.08. Was purchased from Kay Jewelers and has lifetime watch battery replacement. I just had the battery replaced and the watch runs great, keeps time perfectly. Is for a size 7 inch wrist. It looks very nice.

Yes it has a second hand. Lol I had to look to be sure but yes it is there. It is a very nice watch it is just to small for me to wear any more.
