i was checkin this out too.. very nice! just need to find someone who got some skill.. ears i'll do myself, anywhere else, better put that in the hands of someone who (kinda) knos what they're doing lol
Yes, clamps can be critical (in my humble experience) depending on what you are piercing. Although that never stopped anyone from using a potatoe and a sewing needle, which I think has a much larger chance for infection. But that's just my opinion... The great thing about an actual hollow piercing needle is that it is an actual clean "cut" in the flesh, not a puncture wound that takes longer to heal and is quite often infected.
My personal favorite cleaner for wound care: Bactine!
