Vintage ACF Porcelain Dish Bowl, Japanese Porcelain Ware, decorated in Hong Kong

I believe this to be hand painted based on my research.

I am unsure if this is brass or gold fitted porcelain. Either way, it's quite stunning.

This piece is not pristine, but it's in excellent, vintage, condition. I see no damage whatsoever to the elegantly painted front of the dish, which is a floral and leaf pattern. The back, however, has a few small marks. They appear to be surface marks. This piece should clean up very nicely. I would clean it myself but quite honestly, I am not sure the protocol for cleaning a vintage gold/brass hand painted porcelain collectible such as this, and I would rather not take any chances of causing any damage to it.

There is a shipping cost on this both in the USA and internationally based on exact weight/dimensions of the package/buyer location, as this is quite heavy. I wish I could afford to ship it free, but I cannot right now.
