Is the 1/1 on the back of the card hand written?

Yes it is hand written, The company that makes the Hologram on back made it to small so Topps could not put the 1/1 on it. So Topps had a official put a 1/1 below the hologram.. The Hologram does have the serial number imbedded. Hope this answer your question. Thank you for your Interest.
