These are brand new fake/cheater spiked gauges. Just like all of my others, the part that actually goes into your ear piercing hole is only 18G which seems to fit just fine into everyone's standard/regular pierced ears with no trouble. These are to give you the 'look' of having actual gauges without having to ruin your ears forever by stretching out your holes. Both of my daughters, as well as multiple bidders of mine, are able to wear these one day & then switch right back to their standard/regular size & style earrings that they've always worn & aren't stretched out! Winner gets to choose which color they would like for the pair that they will get following the auction end. :-)
