This super cute dress is short, royal blue and has white hibiscus flowers on it. It has some white sequins on the petals which make it sparkle, but they are not on the back. It is Club Z brand, size XL in a ladies. It is gathered on the tops of the shoulders. Very pretty and striking...you will love this one!

It is about 35 inches from top of shoulder to the bottom, bust 22 inches across (44 inches around), hip appears to be approximately 21 inches across and it is 24 inches across the bottom...I hope that helps...

I wear an XL and this fits me great! Not too big or not too tight but since my hubby is disabled now, I have no use for it anymore and it has sit in the closet for a while.

BTW...the hip measure is about the middle where my daughter measured it, so it might be off, but like I said, I routinely wear an XL and it fits me perfectly with room to spare...
