Sorry, I don't know much about this item other than what I'm reading from a user manual. It was given to me by a family member. I uploaded some music to this mp3 player to make sure everything worked properly. You can choose to keep the music on the MP3 player or choose to reset or empty out to upload your own music.

You will receive a EMATIC generic brand. This item has multiple purposes such as taking pictures, watching videos, music, etc.. For some reason, I couldn't get the radio to work. So, its possible the radio function is not working or maybe I didn't hit the correct button. But, just in case, please note the radio function may not work.

-Number Of Songs: 1000
-There is an explorer feature, but I think its more of a home directory mapping.

-Ematic E4 series MP3 player
-Stylus pen
-USB cable
-One pair of stereo headphones (also can listen to music via tiny speakers on phone, without headphones plugged-in)
-User Manual
-Quick start guide
-Software CD containing Ematic video conversion -software and arcsoft media impression downloader
-You also get one more wiring, but not totally sure what it is?? I think its for TV/Video conversion, one wire white/one wire yellow.

***COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
Virtually any computer and operating system able to use USB storage devices can copy files to and from the player. These include Windows, Mac OSX, Linux.

*The following, however, is required in order to use the included Ematic video conversion software:
-Windows 2000/ME/XP/Vista and up
-800 MHz or faster CPU
-USB port
-CD-ROM drive
-At least 50MB of free hard disk space

P.S.

You will have to fully charge this item. I just didn't get a chance to fully charge the MP3 player.

Also, I'm very boring when it comes to music, or at least when I was trying to this music player out. I uploaded a bunch of MOVIE themed score type of music like star wars, transformers, xmen, etc....there is some songs on this thing but I honestly only tried it out. Yes, its working, except for noted radio feature above. If bidder chooses, you can always just delete the music that is on this player and start over. I leave it up to you....

Please also keep in mind this is not an IPOD, but a generic mp3 player. So, if you have ever owned an ipod the touch screen is different. You have to hit the touch screen twice before moving onto next screen.

I think thats pretty much it.... Any questions, I'll try and answer them to the best of my knowledge and capabilities.

Please understand, you are bidding on the item 'AS-IS' with no service and no warranty given or implied. I don't know about software updates, if there is any software updates??? So, also understand you may not be able to software update the mp3 player (if needed).

I'll ship to Canada, only if you pay for a shipping service that provides me a tracking number. Such as UPS ground or Express mail. Nothing leaves my hand without a track-able means of shipping.

There is some scratches on the outer shelling. It was used so, it is typical to see some scratches. It honestly doesn't look that bad.

Also, there might be a few scratches on screen but it doesn't affect overall view ability.

Remember this is a USED item. I tried to describe the item to the best of my knowledge and capabilities.
