Doesn't a Listia person have to go thru the flagged auctions and physically remove them? If it gets flagged again, you may want to double check on that. I would surely think this is a legitimate auction, but perhaps someone thinks it falls under "virtual" items? Good luck. If I didn't already have three Googles, I'd be all over this!

and even in that case, instead or removing the item why not place it, in the right section. Would avoid a lot of fraustration. I think anyway.
