Whats an angel wing? i want to get to know all of you! I am a plant freak and my house and yard are full of soooo many plants and flowers! I sell on ebay as well and on here..I love to get any new plant i can get my hands on and love to grow grow grow..and its beneficial in my chemotherapy..very soothing relaxing and helps me get through the roughest days..im in on this one and would love to know of any other plants as well as any UNIQUE plants..those i really love to collect and have many unique ones myself in cluding a plant that grows goldfish flowers..little orange flowers look like guppys.. a string of pearls..looks like a string of peas..and one that blooms only once a year at night only..and many others...

It is an Angel Winged Begonia. Prized more for the beautiful foliage. Mine is speckled and deep burgundy on the underside. leaves can get larger than my hand-but two leaves together-make angel's wings!
Um-If you scroll thru my ended auctions-I had one listed on there from about a month ago-If you want to see it. I noticed someone has 2 auctions of different kinds of Angel wing Begonias from mine, I am watching those too. Mine was about 5 foot tall, and I just cut it back into several pots, and starting some new from it.
Yes-Get in on this!! I luv plants too. It keeps me calm, and it is said that certain minerals in the dirt adsorbs thru your skin, and actually helps people from depression! Yes! Plants are therapeutic! thank you for watching-fanned you

the tubers on these stay pretty close to the top of the soil, the begonia digs down, so I am pretty sure it's going to work!

hehehe..no. and I will tell you why. My angel wing got huge again. I had some kinflok come down and want some off it and I ran an Ebay auction on it too (got $22.00 for that baby!) -as it need to be repotted. So Now I have 3 huge pots of my Angel wing, After sharing and stuff. I just dug all these rhizomes out from my friends yard that was going to put weedkiller on the whole flower bed. I got about 500 out. So-that is why I am sharing now and cant take the picture-YET. I have just potted them into my plant and some more around a Huge Potted 6 foot tree and some out in my yard in various places and another pot just full in soil, just waiting for someone to win this one. They sell for a bundle on Ebay-so I am thinking on just making money on them from here. Wasnt that a long explanation? But I was just being honest. I will definatley take a pic when they adapt theirselves over to their new good soil. How's that?

Plant the rhizome bulbs, water. Give light. Ya, pretty easy, and they multiply and come back for the whole warm season. these even lasted outside during last years wicked winter storms.

I think if you keep them by a sunny window or maybe in a terrarium with a grow light-that might work! I just dug them from an arear that got Half sun/ half shade all day-and been there for years.
