Hi Rachel ... I live in CANADA ... everything is more expensive here .
For instance ... the postage to offer "FREE SHIPPING" will cost me $1.20 plus tax to the USA (.85 cents plus tax within CANADA) ... and let me tell You that there is nothing down the Ribbon aisle in any of our Fabric and Notions/Walmart stores that we can buy for .47 cents .
ps ... This Ribbon is made in the USA .
