Questions & Comments

Procare is a waterproofing layer. The outters are woven fabrics, all of various prints. These are covers, used over prefolds or fitteds.
They are snap- as I said in the listing, they have many snap settings.
I have several of each size- so at the end of the auction, let me know what their weight is and I'll get the covers together.

No. The full lot will include 2 prefolds and a custom fleece cover.

There are new born- large. You can certainly choose a mix of sizes :)
newborn is up to 8-10 pounds
small is up to 12- 14 pounds
medium is up to 18- 20 pounds
large is up to about 30 pounds.
We did use the mediums almost until potty training. The sizes are approximate and depend on the childs build :)

Let me also add that ProCare is often used in the medical field for wet proof barriers as well. It stands up to far more washings than PUL and is antibacterial.
ProCare is a soft, durable barrier fabric commonly used in the medical, diapering and veterinary care markets. Use this durable fabric anywhere you need barrier protection and frequent sanitizing. Procare is stable in stretch and recovery, and does not shrink. (it is not as stretchy as PUL) This fabric meets duty, laundering and material safety standards for use in medical and institutional products - it is CPSIA compliant and very tough & durable - good for 300 industrial washine or 1,000 home washings!!!

PUL shouldn't get thin or crunchy. And the thickness depends on if it's 2 mil or 1 mil PUL. I use 1 mil and wash and dry my covers on HOT regularly and have never had issues. If PUL got crunchy on u (i assume it's hidden PUL?) that means it delaminated. As in the lamination fell off of the poly knit. Did u buy from JoAnn's? JoAnn's PUL sucks. I always buy from Kids in the Garden. I'm really deep into the cloth diaper sewing world and I have *never* heard of procare! Can u post a link to the stuff u buy or smthg similar? Thanks I'm interested.

I cloth diapered for almost 10 years, I used primarily PUL covers and wool for my boys and discovered pro-care through a diaper sewing friend and fell in LOVE with it. It lasted for several years- with absolutely NO issues, went onto another child and currently they're being used on a third child.
I have never bought PUL from Jo-Ann's. The only place I've EVER bought PUL is from the manufacturer, when they actually did larger amounts of "public wholesale" (i.e co-ops) You're welcome to good Pro-Care- it comes up with no problems what so ever. These are GREAT diapres! I like the snap out waterproof lining and they fit newborn all the way up through potty training. They are durable and last without wearing out. luv, luv them

These aren't one size diapers. They're individually sized from new born - large. The trainers have snap out soakers as do the All in 2's.
They are however, awesome covers and diapers. We used them for quite a long time.

Procare is similar to PUL in that it's a waterproofing layer. It's a bit thicker, lasts a LOT longer and never gets crunchy or thinned out like PUL.
